RESILIENCE
BEYOND COPING
People in high-strain roles often work under complex demands:
They are expected to maintain performance and decision-making ability under time pressure, while professional habitual norms in high-strain environments often make it more difficult to deal with stress, uncertainty or exhaustion. Unfortunately, chronic strain not only changes people, but also the conditions for development. Through low-threshold approaches and a consistent focus on everyday transfer, corevelopment creates the conditions for learning content to no longer remain in seminar rooms and to also be applied under adverse circumstances in everyday life. Furthermore it reaches especially those sceptics with limited access to classical formats due to habitual norms.

RESILIENCE SPECIALIST AND FOUNDER ANNABEL PUES
EDUCATION
With an academic background in Social Science, I specialised in Burnout Prevention, especially in high-strain and trauma-exposed environments.
During my studies, I focused on depression and burnout as part of my academic project and thesis and built upon this with professional training in PTSD, anxiety and domestic violence.
In 2023 I qualified as a certified Management Trainer and Business Coach, complementing my academic background with practical expertise in leadership and professional development.
I now bring these areas of expertise together in my mission to help society’s backbone and world changers become next-level resilient.
